Members of the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast conducted mock job interviews with Year 12 students from Phoenix P-12 Community College from 8th-10th September, 2025.

Under the guidance of Learning Specialist Kiya Eberle from Phoenix P-12 Community College, fifty six year 12 VET students were interviewed by twelve Rotarians for jobs as part of their work related skills studies.

The interviews, conducted at the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership, are designed to assist the students with work place readiness and give them confidence to engage in job interviews. Rotarians who took part were impressed by the way the students prepared their portfolios and presented themselves during the interviews.
