Matt Agterhuis, a Director of Ballarat's leading developer Integra, was guest speaker at our club meeting on 10th April, 2024. 

Ballarat is experiencing unprecedented population growth and is forecast to have a population of 160,000 people by 2040 !!

Matt gave an insight into Ballarat's housing future, the demographics of who has been moving to and from Ballarat and what their housing needs are.

Matt explained where Ballarat can grow with infill developments and areas where there are constraints due to environmental and bushfire issues and important agricultural land use.

Ballarat's long term growth will be in areas to the north and west of Ballarat.
