On Sat 16th November '24, club members ran the gates at the Redline Speedway's first race meeting of the season.

As well as manning the gates, familiarising ourselves with the speedway's layout, Jim, Claire, Mark, Steve, Jeanette, Harold and Andrew all had to quickly learn to operate the speedway's new software system, then we were off and running. This is a relatively easy fundraising activity that will fill the fundraising void during the footy off season.

As per usual our members excelled and both the software support staff and the Redline Speedway committee members were very impressed at how quickly we picked up the system. We are an amazing club and should be proud of our own capabilities.

We were very impressed with Redline Speedway, being their first race meeting of the season, it ran smoothly and attracted a great crowd.
