John Harley was inducted into the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast on Wednesday 7th February 2024.

John is a retired school principal who recently retired to Ballarat after secondary teaching positions in Warracknabeal, Kerang and St Arnaud followed by Principal positions in Balmoral and Charlton.

John is a great addition to our club with a strong background in community service being a past member of Apex, serving on hospital boards, committees including flood recovery and the redevelopment of Charlton Park, a $4.2M multi purpose facility.

So far this Rotary year our club has inducted six new members making our club the biggest Rotary Club in Ballarat, the second biggest Rotary Club in District 9780 and the 18th biggest Rotary Club in Australia !!
