Shine On Awards 2009
The Rotary Club of Richmond hosted the Rotary Shine On Awards ceremony for 2009 on 3rd May, 2009 at the Hawthorn Reception Centre in Melbourne. Our club hosted the same ceremony in 2001 which was a great occasion.
