To be in a position to run various community projects, it is necessary for members of the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast to raise funds by running fundraising activities throughout the year.

V/Line Ballarat Triathlon BBQ
Managers of the inaugral V/Line Ballarat Triathlon sought the club's assistance in providing food and drink over the two event - 26th and 27th November, 2011. A comprehensive roster of members braved wet chilly conditions to produce a profit of approx. $500.

Fun In A Bottle - Wine Auction 2011
A Men's Shed is this years recipient of the proceeds of the annual wine auction. Held at the Ballarat Golf Club on November 8th, 2011 the auction is a joint project between the Rotary Clubs of Wendouree Breakfast and Ballarat West.

Fundraising & Fellowship At Springfest 2011 BBQ
Sunday 30th October, 2011 was a typical Springfest day - cold, windy and some rain. But this did not deter enthusiastic members of the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast from fronting up to run a fundraising BBQ at Springfest 2011.

Cold Weather Ideal for Bunning's BBQ
Committed members of the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast who braved freezing weather conditions helped raise $1,500 for Rotary projects in the community.

A BBQ Trailer of Our Own
Years of borrowing a BBQ trailer to aid the clubs fundraising effort led to talk of aquiring one of our own. Research by President Kay Macaulay led to Ballarat Group Training undertaking the construction of a purpose built trailer to specifications created by Keith Driscoll in July 2011.

Volunteering to be Paid at RSSC
Volunteers are required, all you need is commonsense & a working with children pass. Executive Officer of the Royal South Street Competition, Lindsay Eaton spoke to the club in May 2011 about how the 120 year old event replied on volunteers. The Fundraising & Fellowship Committee took up the challenge and the club receives $40 a shift.

Parma Night Raises Funds For Club
A number of Rotarians with family members attended the Parma Night held at the Golf House Hotel on Monday 25th July, 2011 helping raise $400 for the club.

Crazy Hats Aid Health Research
Members and friends of Rotary paid for the priviledge of wearing a hat to drinks at the Red Lion Hotel as part of Hat Day. Funds raised from this odd sight were destined for Rotary Australian Health research.
