2010_phf_kdriscoll_artpic2

Keith Driscoll was presented with a Paul Harris Fellowship in recognition of his contribution to Rotary at the Club Changeover held 4th July, 2010. Outgoing President Kath Venters was delighted to be able to make the presentation on behalf of all Club members. Keith was introduced to our Club by Past President and Honorary Member Marg Foo and was inducted on 26th November, 2000 with a classification of Police Services. Since Keith joined Rotary he has built an enviable list of achievements:

  • Community Committee
  • Fines Master
  • Fundraising and Fellowship Committee
  • Rotary Foundation and International Committee
  • Social Director
  • Youth Committee
  • Inaugural President of the Ballarat Sub Branch of the National Servicemen's Association.
Keith is a Club stalwart, always ready to assist with Club activities and build the occasional useful piece of Club property in his workshop. Over the ten years of being a member Keith's skills have been called to construct small items for the club and one off special items for district events. Keith interest in the environment saw him teaching and assisting community children to build bird boxes for installing at the Nerrina Wetlands as part of the clubs ongoing commitment to the development of the site.

Keith is a regular attendee at the District Conference and District Assembly as well as special district events.

Keith was joined by his family at the changeover to share in the day with him.

Congratulations Keith.
