Rotarians are invited to participate in a variety of conferences, assemblies and seminars each year. The Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast is part of Rotary District 9780 which holds an annual conference hosted by a different club in the district each year.

A yearly District Assembly is held to assist Rotarians who are about to take up office bearer positions. The assembly gives members the opportunity to learn about their new roles and their responsibilities from experienced Rotarians.

An annual President's seminar (PETS - President Elect Training Seminar) is held for incoming Presidents to learn about their roles and responsibilities.

Club Members Attend Australian Rotary Conference

Four members from the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast attended the Australian Rotary Conference held in Canberra from 20th - 22nd August, 2010. The theme of the conference was 'Towards a Stronger Australian Rotary'.

Held on 16th May, 2010 at Stawell Secondary College, District Assembly promised something for every Rotarian - valuable information and support for all incoming club officers, as well as all the latest Rotary news and information for new and more experienced Rotarians alike.

Members Attend District Conference in Geelong

The 2010 District Conference was held in Geelong from 12th-14th March. Ten members attended to support our member Jessie Harman who will be inducted as our next District Governor. Guest speakers, information, news, fun and fellowship filled the weekend reinvigorating the spirits of all.

'Advance the Dream' was the theme of the Rotary District Conference held in Ballarat March 13th - 15th, 2009 with some 500 Rotarians and partners attending from across the district.
