Guest Speaker - Craig Fletcher

Craig Fletcher is one of the Councillors for the City of Ballarat and is responsible for the Central Ward.

Councillor Craig Fletcher was elected to Ballarat City Council's Central Ward in December 2008 but was first elected to Council in a by-election in March 2008 to serve as the Alfredton Ward Councillor.

Craig is a life member of the Wendouree Apex Club, the Inaugural Chairman of the Delacombe Enterprising Communities and an executive member of Lead On, a community based organisation which mentors and fosters the development of young people.

Councillor Fletcher has worked in both private practise and in local government to provide engineering and building surveying services.

At present he is Chair of the Ballarat Central Business District Strategy, which is the subject of his talk today.
