Vicki Fawcus Now A Paul Harris Fellow

At the club's changeover on 19th June 2011, Vicki Fawcus was recognised for her service to Rotary with the presentation of a Paul Harris Fellow.  Vicki is:-

• Is a quiet achiever
• Has been an active member for the past six years
• Is someone that you can rely on who will always get things done
• Is a  very high participant in club activities
• Is involved in club social activities as well as service
• Is a true Rotarian
• Is a valued Board member and Director
• Has served on the Community Service Committee, Fundraising committee and was a past secretary.
• Has this year been actively involved on a District committee while still performing her role as director of Fundraising and Fellowship.

The presentation of a Paul Harris Fellow recognition is The Rotary Foundation’s way of expressing its appreciation for a substantial contribution to its humanitarian and educational programs. It is named after the founder of Rotary, a Chicago lawyer who started our organisation with three business associates in 1905.

Rotarians recognise a Paul Harris Fellow as a tribute to a person whose life demonstrates a shared purpose with the objectives of the Rotary Foundation.
