Trevor Lea, A Paul Harris Fellow With Sapphire

Club Member Trevor Lea was bestowed with a Paul Harris Fellow for his contribution to the Rotary Foundation.  The award was presented to Trevor by President of the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast, Kay Macaulay, on the 16th November, 2011.

This was a upgraded to a PHF with Sapphire by the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast in recognition of his enormous contribution to their Club as well as recognising his contribution to his former Club, the Rotary Club of Maryborough. 

Trevor has been an outstanding member since 1987 when he joined the Maryborough Club and then in 2002 when he transferred the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast.

During this time Trevor has held a number of positions including President, Secretary, Treasurer and Directorships. He has contributed in all aspects of our club and is always willing to take on roles to assist out Club to meet its goals. He has also participated at a District level as Treasurer and regularly attending Conferences.

His service contribution continues as he annually donates to The Rotary Foundation as a Sustaining Member. A Sustaining Member donates the equivalent of $US100 every year.

Trevor is the first in our club to have Sapphire added to the PHF status. From President Kay - I am sure you all join with me in offering our congratulations to Trevor on this remarkable effort.
