Jessie Harman Inducted as District Governor
Rotarian Jessie Harman from the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast was inducted as District Governor at the Rotary District 9780 Changeover Luncheon held at the Ballarat Golf Club on Sunday 27th June, 2010.
Rotarians and guests were welcomed to the changeover by Chairman Phillip Lee who called on outgoing District Governor Chris Sims to officially open and welcome everyone to the changeover.
DGN Brian Trenery provided the Invocation and President of the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast Kath Venters proposed a toast to Rotary International which was responded to by PDG Ron Pickford.

Following the main course a musical interlude was provided by Jack Stacey. Jack is a 12 year old autistic musical savant who composes his own music and he played three of his own compositions. Jack's talent and skill was appreciated by all.
Following his District Report for the 2009/2010 year, DG Chris Sims inducted new District Governor Jessie Harman. DG Jessie congratulated outgoing DG Chris on a successful year and a short video presentation of highlights of Chris’s year was shown.
DG Jessie outlined her vision for the coming year and introduced the district team for 2010/2011 before the changeover concluded.
