Peter Jacobs Award Presented To Yasmin Aleem

The Peter Jacobs – Rotary Employability Award was presented at a graduation held at SMB, Lydiard Street South, Ballarat on Tuesday 24th November, 2009.

The students have completed a two year, Certificate 1 in Work Education.

Eight students successfully completed the course. They all spoke quite emotionally of the experience, the friendships and their gratitude to family and teachers.

Wendy Jacobs was present at the presentation that was made in Peter’s name.

The recipient is Yasmin Aleem. Ian Chivers, co-ordinator of the course spoke highly of Yasmin’s abilities and wished her every success in the future.
